Final Project Theme: Self - Titled
Self-titled is an exploration project for the students to express our own
individuality and reflect the personalities into digital art
self-expression. The main idea is to build up self-confidence and discover
our interests.
1. Idea Development
- Write a biography about yourself
- Write a statement about your work
2. Design Direction
- Create a sketch for your work
- Create a digital poster for your work
3. Execution and Post Production
- Import your Final Poster to After Effects
- Develop composition techniques using Digital Photography & Graphic
Design
4. Animation
- Animate your composition in After Effects
- Attach your video progress

Part 1: Idea Development
Write a biography about myself
I’m Teh Ming En. I was born on June 6th in Johor. I’m taking Bachelor of Design (Honours) in Creative Media. I like cats and enjoy playing with them.
I like to go travel with family or friends. Traveling with different companions brings me a different feeling in each journey. Besides that, I enjoy immersing myself in different cultures from various places during my travels.
My dream is to achieve financial freedom. This will allow me the freedom to travel around the world without worries.
In fact, my dream has no connection to this project. I would like to express another title for the project which is peace.
Write a statement about my work
I want to tell about the peace in my work. This year’s news on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict make people heartbreaking.
I want to express my desire for world peace, but I don't have enough ability to achieve it.
I want people to understand that world peace is vital because it helps countries work together, makes life safer, and is good for everyone on the planet.
My motto/ quote is 'Embrace joy, cherish the moment, and find happiness in the journey'.
